We were a group of friends from Santa Fe that went down to Los Poblanos for brunch. We absolutely loved the grounds and the inn and spent time sitting in different areas to soak in the ambiance. However, the dining experience left a lot to be desired and we were disappointed. We were expecting fresh organic food nicely presented. However, the food was mediocre at best and not cheap. The service on my side of the table was fine. The other side of the table had problems with the server and plates were not cleared before dessert and coffee. My table mate got three very small tacos that looked more like an appetizer than a main dish. My potatoes with the eggs Benedict were overcooked. The food in general was similar to any nondescript restaurant. Then came the automatic 25% tip. That seemed like overreaching. My recommendation if you go is to walk the beautiful grounds, get a drink and sit at the many sitting areas and eat somewhere else. Also, skip the gift shop.

I was excited to try the restaurant at Los Poblanos and my husband suggested we add on a stay at this beautiful farm hotel. We found the room descriptions a bit bewildering (meem, farm or field?), so we called and a very knowledgable representative guided us to the best room for us -- a suite with king size bed and separate living room with sleeper sofa for our child. Our dinner at Campo was delicious as expected (with a surprisingly reasonable kids menu!), but the stay was the real surprise. The grounds were a joy to explore complete with peacock escort. My only regret is not booking two nights to experience the spa and classes here. This property absolutely deserves its two Michelin keys.

This was an exceptional place to go for breakfast as we traveled from Albuquerque to Santa Fe. Absolutely beautiful grounds, delicious food and staff that went above and beyond. I spoke to one employee, Rebecca, when making our reservation and asked her for suggestions for our time in Santa Fe. Not only did she give me suggestions on the phone but when we arrived for breakfast she made a point of coming to our table to give me a list of additional suggestions she had researched for us. Wow. We also had a great interaction with the gardener Mrs Lovel-she took the time to speak with us about the work they do, the flowers they grow and some of the special plants at the farm. I wish we had been able to stay there but at least we got a meal and a small tase of this special spot.

Perfect! Everything about this hotel is perfect!! It sure does deserve its two keys from Michelin. The front desk greeted us so warmly as soon as we entered, offering large smiles and making us feel so welcome. The original Meem room was as charming as can be with original tiles and fireplace, and the lavender toiletries were so pleasant. The grounds are just beautiful and very peaceful, and the rose garden was in bloom. The pool was relaxing and the restaurant is one of the best. This earns a spot as one of my favorite hotels. I would return in an instant and stay longer just to unwind and enjoy the peace.

a whiff of arrogance from management as this is luxury boutique hotel is located on a farm; the flies were not a surprise nor the pollen from the cottonwood trees . but arrogance from mgmt was ; as well as overall unevenness of staff interaction : in two day i encountered: — being condescending to me at check in as I didn’t keep the original map of the property and asked for another ( as i had to wait an hour for my room to be ready had been walking around ) -having a manager from F& B lounging next to me at the supposedly guest only pool — -Eggs cooked wrong at ( hard versus runny, pretty simple ) -entree filled with cilantro when asked to avoid ( and server being snippy about me making this request ) -Making A big deal to make reservations for breakfast when the room was half empty This is a lovely property/ housekeeping was excellent. My whole experience was “ mixed “ … the entry level working staff were friendly and helpful… mgmt arrogant . WHY ? It’s sad when the physical plant far surpasses software ( people ) Not sure why but was made to feel like it was a privilege to stay here and I wasn’t worthy ( i live in a top 30 net worth zip code and am in top 2% of net assets in USA . Guess that’s not the desired demographic here ) This a Lovely property; great physical plant ——just be forewarned about the staff / management attitudes Sent from my iPhone

The rooms are not overly decorated but comfortable. The tasting counter is the best place to eat. The staff were nice. The farm tour was fun. See write-up and photos of our meals at the tasting counter and the dining room on .

Beautiful relaxation spot
Los Poblanos is a gem of a place. It was beautiful with lavender everywhere in both the fields and the products. They have a wonderful store with coffee and baked goods, local products and gift items. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Yoga was complimentary and restorative. We had a wonderful stay and didn’t want to leave!
